Springer LNCS format with a maximum of 15 pages (including references) during paper submission. One page is allowed without any charges during revised camera-ready submission to care for the reviewer comments. Submissions must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

ICDSAIA-2025 follows a single-blind review process. Authors can include their names and affiliations in the manuscript. All submissions will be reviewed based on originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the conference. At least three experts will review each paper submission.

The review committee may recommend the rejection of final papers that do not take reviewers’ requirements and expectations into account in an acceptable manner. The conference chair reserves the right to remove papers from the conference proceedings that do not meet the requirements. Detailed instructions will be provided to the accepted authors accordingly. For further questions on paper submissions, please contact the Publications Chair.

The author of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration at the full rate for the conference prior to uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. There is no refund for cancellation. Failure to complete paid registration before the deadline will result in the withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Any paper not presented at the conference will be excluded from the conference proceedings.
